Grace Lapena has built an accomplished career rooted in financial expertise and real estate excellence. A 1981 graduate of Woodbury University with a degree in Accounting, Grace spent 15 years as a Corporate Accountant, where she prepared financial statements, conducted account analysis, managed budgeting processes, and served as a member of an IPO team. This strong financial background provides her clients with a strategic advantage in today’s competitive real estate market.

Licensed as a Real Estate Broker in Orange County, California, Grace has more than 23 years of experience helping clients buy and sell single-family homes, multi-unit properties, and commercial real estate. She holds certifications in probate and short sales, is a Notary Public, and has experience managing rental properties—making her exceptionally well-rounded in handling complex transactions.

Grace enhanced her expertise through the Mike Ferry Real Estate Coaching Program, where she trained alongside some of the nation’s top-performing agents. Her dedication to professional growth, combined with confidence and integrity, has consistently delivered outstanding results for her clients.

In 2011, Grace was inducted into the prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame and continued to rank as a top-selling broker in Southern California. She considers real estate not just a career, but a calling—one that has allowed her to build lasting relationships, many of which have turned into lifelong friendships.
